No, and that is the point. Bloome is integration-first. We sit alongside BambooHR, Workable, Personio and similar tools, pulling the data we need so you don’t run a parallel database.
Is the neurodiversity guidance clinical advice?
No. Bloome provides structured, evidence-informed manager guidance — not diagnosis or treatment. We optimise for lived experience and inclusive practice, not medical opinions.
Is our data safe?
Records are scoped to the HR user who created them. You only ever see your own workspace’s data. Sensitive fields are optional and explicitly labelled.
